After combining fat burning StairMaster Intervals with the perfect playlist, this combo continues to keep me pumped through my entire workout!

Here is a cardio combo guaranteed to make you sweat!

YOUR CARDIO WORKOUT:

StairMaster Intervals for 45-50 minutes –

1 minute high intensity (level 8-10)

1 minute low intensity (level 5-7)

Repeat!

TIP: There is usually an interval setting already programmed into the StairMaster.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Full water bottle
  • Sweat towel
  • Headphones
