HIIT: Sprints

Combining HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with the treadmill makes this a quick cardio session.

Here is a Treadmill HIIT guaranteed to get your heart pumping.

YOUR HITT WORKOUT:

WARM UP: Speed walk for 2-4 minutes

15 MINUTE SPRINTS:

  • 15 seconds sprinting as fast as you can (level 9.0+)
  • 45 seconds rest (recovering on the sides of treadmill as it continues at max speed)
  • Repeat this 15 times!

COOL DOWN: Speed walk for 2-4 minutes
