YOUR HITT WORKOUT:
WARM UP: Speed walk for 2-4 minutes
15 MINUTE SPRINTS:
- 15 seconds sprinting as fast as you can (level 9.0+)
- 45 seconds rest (recovering on the sides of treadmill as it continues at max speed)
- Repeat this 15 times!
COOL DOWN: Speed walk for 2-4 minutes
