PB Cinnamon Protein Breakfast Wrap

What you will need:

Rotating Waffle Maker

– Small mixing bowl

Pam Olive Oil Spray

I Can’t Believe Its Not Butter spray

– 2 tbsp PB Fit

– 1 slice Jennie-O Turkey Bacon

– sheet of Tin Foil

Waffle ingredients:

– 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use Muscle Quik Isolate Protein Powder)

– 1 egg white

– 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

– Sprinkle of Ground Cinnamon

–  Splash of water

How to make it:

Spray the Pam Olive Oil Spray on both sides of the rotating waffle maker.

Mix all waffle ingredients together until it creates a smooth consistancy.

Pour the mixture onto the center of the Rotating Waffle Maker and let spread evenly. Close the Rotating Waffle Maker and THEN turn it on. Wait about 30-40 seconds then flip the Rotating Waffle Maker. Let sit for about 40-60 seconds then flip back over and open – check to see if the waffle is finished.

When finished, transfer the waffle to a sheet of tin foil and spray the I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray on top of the waffle as needed.

Pan fry the slice of Jennie-O Turkey Bacon as desired (I heat mine for about 1-2 minutes on each side) then transfer to the edge of the waffle.

Mix two tbsps of PB Fit with water until the texture has a little more of a runny consistency. Pour the mixture on top of the turkey bacon slice/waffle and roll up the waffle allowing all of the ingredients inside to come together. With the waffle remaining inside the tin foil, roll the tin foil into a burrito and set in fridge over night (optional).
